After the name change to Gutted, leftover copies of this version were given new covers, with the "Demi God" on the tape labels crossed out.

Recorded & Mixed at Dungeon Studios, Toledo, Ohio, February through March '92.

Labeled as a "4-Track Demo" because track B3 is a hidden track/outro. "Death Belch In B Minor" is not listed on the insert or tape, but it was listed on the B-Side label of the earlier self-produced tapes (first version).
Track B2 is listed as "Comatosed" on the insert and "Coma Tosed" on the cassette label.
