Tracks 2-6 to 2-10 were recorded live with Saxon Shore at WXPN World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, PA on May 26, 2006. Engineered by Denison Witmer using a mini disc player and a Sony ECM-MS907 stereo microphone.

Tracks 2-1 to 2-12 mastered by Michel Musser at Freemans Processing.

Track 1-14, "Broken," is not listed on the cd liner notes, but appears as track 14 on the previous release of "Safe Away" on Burnt Toast Vinyl.

This Digipak release contains Safe Away, Are You A Sleeper? EP, Live W/ Saxon Shore plus bonus tracks from Safe Away.
