This is an unreleased blank 45 with Jamatel label runout matrix. The version side features on Dennis Alcapone's "Dread Capone" LP, where it's listed as "Natty Dread A Lover", but I've been reliably informed that the vocal side has been previously listed as "Dread In A Babylon. It's a version of Augustus Pablo's "Liberation" instrumental.
