Total mastering flop on the part of Bill Smith Custom Records...the members of the band were dismayed to get these tests and to find that the original, intended side a opening track ("Re-Establish") had been eliminated altogether, and that the song "Crimes Against Humanity" had been not only shuffled to the position of Side A, track 3, but repeated in it's intended position of Side B track 1. After a few back-and-forth phone negotiations with the pressing plant the mistake was acknowledged and new plates were cut with the correct songs in the correct order.

The correct order, as seen on the official release of this record, was supposed to be:

A1 - Re Establish
A2 - Calculated Casualties
A3 - No War But Class War
B1 - Crimes Against Humanity
B2 - Misuse And Abuse
B3 - Enough Is Enough

On the official, corrected version the side A matrix etching reads: L - 37744 DEPRIVED - A - RE1 "CLASS WAR NOW"
