The limited edition featured the official Virgin/Totenkopf 12" inside a white generic LP cover with an original "Heino" sketch, "Heino" signature and date of purchase on the cover. Hand-numbered edition of 500 copies. This was only sold on tour and in the Berlin record shop "Der Scheissladen".

Contains A6 sized insert with information about "Heino" aka "Der Wahre Heino".
