Original version with photocopied artwork pasted onto a 7.5x10.5-inch manila envelope, with small, hand-trimmed insert: "For further information and lyric sheet please contact "THE DESENDANTS" 7124-156th St sw Edmonds, Wash, 98020 (please send SASE for faster return)"
The original photocopied art [this] can be identified by an uneven grey background and darker tone in the T-shirts and the newspaper "clipping". The hand-written "©" symbol is intact.

'Facelift' is titled 'Face Lift' on sleeve.

Some time around 2000 the band made additional sleeves for extra 45s with second-generation photocopies of the artwork. The pasted artwork for those (Unnational Anthem) features a white background, cropped edges, and very little detail in the photos.
