Original first USA pressing on CD courtesy of SPV USA. It came out as a blister pack showcasing the cardboard sleeve and the disc. CD comes in a cardboard sleeve, therefore there is no booklet or back insert.

Tracks 1-4 are from the "Mad Butcher" Mlp from 1986.
Tracks 5-9 are from the "Sentence Of Death" Mlp from 1984.
