Written, produced, recorded, engineered and obsessed over between April 97 and August 98 at Red Stripe Studios, Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Additional vocals recorded at Premier, Coquitlam, BC.

This record was very hard to make. Mixed and edited in two parts: 'Red' mix - May 98 at Red Stripe Studios. 'Blue' mix - August 98 at Mushroom Studios.
Track 2 mixed at Hipposonics.

Track 10 has a printed track duration of 5:22 when, in fact, is 6:09 long, due to the fact of having 47 seconds of silence at the beginning.
