The Tracks "Black and White", "Black Mountain Summit" and "Fever Dream" are taken from "Grey Skies", a 4 Track Basement recorded demo featureing Devin Townsend, Greg Price and Ken Flamming.

The Tracks "SYL", Home Nucleonics", "Bodies 13" and "Family Christmas" were recorded live at KZSU Radio Studios, 1994. Performed by Strapping Young Lad featuring Devin Townsend, Jed Simon, Adrian White, Mike Sudar and Ashley Scribner.
