This was NOT recorded in 1981. This first 4 tracks are from the 1970 recording at the Both/And Club in San Francisco (BPMetro Records #6101). The first track is mistitled as "Bon Macha", but is actually "Montmartre". The 5th track is another version of "Montmartre", shorter and in lesser sound quality.
