The actual first 1993 pressing of the record. Released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Dezerter's famous Ku Przyszłości 7", released by Tonpress in 1983.

No catalog number is shown on the release, but it can be found on the label's website.

The record comes inside a foldout that is a "Special Issue" of Dezerter's Azotox zine. It features Krzysztof Grabowski's artwork, accompanied by Janusz Waluszko's writings. The original Azotox was published by the band in 1985-1986 with only four issues printed. Also included are the lyrics (in Polish and English) and credits.

According to NNNW, whenever it's required, they reissue 500 more copies of the record. This first pressing is the only one that is largely different from the subsequent reissues, with the biggest difference being the solid black/white coloring of the cover, the higher quality (thicker) paper used for printing, and the matrix numbers for the record itself. There are also some more minor differences in the lettering.
