This release consists of the following items (see images):
- An 'outer' sleeve (slightly larger than the normal 32 cm x 32 cm sleeve) which depicts the front page of the South African newspaper 'The Star' of 4 September 1939 with heading 'WAR BREAKS OUT' (WWII). The back of this sleeve has more war news as well as a track listing of the tracks on the record.
- The cover of the LP which fits into the above mentioned 'outer sleeve'. A 'normal' cover with a photograph of the artist on the front and the title of the LP 'Sincerely Yours'. On the back of this cover there is another photograph of the artist and a list of the tracks on the album.
- A normal generic inner sleeve.
- A large two - sided poster (folded twice) with (again) the front page of 'The Star' newspaper on the day WWII broke out on the front and (on the other side) the lyrics of 5 WWII songs which appear on the LP album.
- The vinyl LP record.

The LP is a musical tribute to Vera Lynn.
