On the center label of the A side is a typing error. It says Kaldene Records but it is actually Valdene Records.
Production isn't credited on the label. Following the matrices Phil Mathias could be the producer. However all album-releases that include "Cup Of Tea" (see Dillinger - Cup Of Tea for example) don't credit him for production.
The vocal that uses the same riddim - Enos McLeod - Tel Aviv - credits Enos McLeod and Dillinger for production. So very likely this was also produced by Lester Bullock a.k.a. Dillinger (he also appears on the only other Shaolin Temple-release as producer).
