Title is read as "Mōsō Kakugaigeki" and means "Delusional Special Play".
Consists of on- and off-stage footage of the band's indies days, with commentary by the members. Also included is a card with the band's line-up and a picture of each member. The other side lists their concert history and an advertisment and contact information for the fanclub.

The tracklist doesn't reflect the contents and is different on the back of the case and the tape itself.
