Music video VHS, limited mail-order version. Title stylized as "「楓」～if trans･･･～". Limited to 8,000 copies.
Sold for 10,290 Yen (9,800 Yen without tax), plus 1,010 Yen shipping/handling for a total of 11,300 Yen in a so-called "crystal video box".

Consists of four music videos. Also included are a message CD with four lyrics cards, a 30 pages long transparent "photobook" (which is actually just 30 loose photos), an A2 poster and two clear stickers. As a bonus, it also includes a clear postcard.
Additionally, it comes with a warning message for the buyer regarding the disturbing contents of the VHS, as well as an instruction to put the "Missa" EP into a punched-out hole in the box's foam case.
The photos in the photobook are different from those in 「楓」～If Trans･･･～.
