Title stylized as "列島激震行脚 Final 2003 5 Ugly KINGDOM" and read as "Rettou Gekishin Angya Final 2003 5 Ugly KINGDOM". The Japanese is translated as "A Pilgrimage Capsizing the Islands" in the menu's background.
Consists of the concert at Yokohama Arena on January 11, 2003, as well as bonus footage from their tours in 2002 and a multi-angle video of the live performance of "children".
Comes with an entrance ticket for the Vulgar lottery.

Tracks 1-22 were taken from the tracklist on the back of the release.
Tracks 23-31 and the headings were taken from the DVD menu.
There's an intro with credits and the concert's opening song "G.D.S." playing before track 1. They're not listed on the tracklist or in the menu.
This release also includes a variety of hidden content, in the form of short clips showing the band members' stage entrances during various shows, two song performances in shortened form, as well as a so-called "Secret File" showing accidents on stage, such as bassist Toshiya's strap ripping while playing.

The audio can be changed between 2ch and 5.1ch.
