Includes a postcard that, when sent in along with entrance tickets from the かすみ single and the 5 Ugly Kingdom VHS/DVD, allowed the sender to participate in a lottery. The prices were a VULGAR LP for 10 people, an original Dir en grey zippo lighter for 30 people and an original Dir en grey patch for 100 people.
