Disc 1 consists of footage from the concerts at Zepp Tokyo on April 24 and 25, 2004, as well as both day's encores and off-stage footage from both days.
Some of the tracks on disc 1, namely tracks 5, 6, 9, 12, 21, 24 and 25, use footage from April 24, track 13 uses footage from both days and the other tracks use footage from April 25.
Tracks 21, 24 and 25 are also included in track 29, while tracks 22, 23 and 26 to 28 are also included in track 30. However, the camera angles used are different.

Tracks 1-22 were taken from the tracklist on the back of the release.
Tracks 29-32 and the heading were taken from the DVD menu.
There's an intro with credits playing before track 1. It's not listed on the tracklist or in the menu.

The audio can be changed between 2ch and 5.1ch.

The inlay below the tray shows multiple setlists, one of them includes a typo:
The second encore's setlist of 2004/04/18 Zepp Fukuoka says “umbrella / HADES / JESSICA”. This is incorrect, it should be “JESSICA / umbrella / CHILD PREY”.
Buyers were able to send in the incorrect inlay and receive a corrected version.
