Similar to Dire Straits - Brothers In Conversation but with a different barcode.Unofficial interview disc containing an interview conducted with Mark Knopfler where he discusses having recently recorded and mixed the band's first live album Dire Straits - Alchemy - Dire Straits Live, the success of Dire Straits - Love Over Gold, his input in the band, and creating film scores. There are at least two interviewers asking questions, though they are never identified. Like many of the interviews in this series, it starts and ends very abruptly. There is no music presented on this disc. Contains two page booklet which is blank inside.
Despite the cover's obvious reference to Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms, this interview was conducted well before that album was recorded. This is confirmed when Mark discusses the fact that he is about to record the film score for Mark Knopfler - Music From The Film Comfort And Joy, which was released a year before Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms. In fact, no mention of that album is ever made during this interview.
