- front cover has a white border around three sides (lower, left and right), not on the upper seam side.
- with L-16265/L-16265-X etched in deadwax.
- labels incorrectly attached to the wrong sides (mislabelled). The label with the songs' titles was attached to the A side, instead of the B side. Therefore, THIS SIDE opens playing "I Don't Need Society" and other songs that are listed as being on THAT SIDE. While "Sad To Be" and other songs listed as THIS SIDE songs play on the side with the title label, the side which should play THAT SIDE songs.
