Re-issue of Mid/Air (NM/003) bundled with a bonus remix disc (NM/004w) which is housed in a cardboard picture sleeve. Both discs were issued together in a plastic shrinkwrap bearing a sticker with the title "Mid/Air +".
The bonus remix disc was later issued separately in a gatefold cardboard sleeve as Collisions (The Mid/Air Remixes) (NM/004).
