Packaging: standard plastic jewel box case, clear tray, 16 page stapled cover booklet (all photos, no text at all). 4-color disc art (slightly lighter than "no-back-cover" MPO version, and 'Compact Disc Digital Audio' logo and 'Because Music' logo are switched in placement on this version).

Some copies came with no back tray art insert, these copies/versions have an entirely different Disc Matrix (MPO) from this version (Key Production), see the Bonus CD entry *with* the LP for that Matrix and more detailed info.
