Cardboard sleeve, no credits given. Back of sleeve & CD are advertisements for Jägermeister, who funded the printing of the EP as the band's sponsor.

Autographed copies were given away to people who donated at least $3 to the band for vehicle repairs. Unautographed copies were given away to those who purchased a copy of DFDVD at live shows.

The EP was recorded after the band's obligation with Spitfire Records, as a demo to gain the attention of a new record label. These songs reappear with rerecorded bass & drum tracks on the compilation album, Beating A Dead Horse, To Death... Again.

Also worth noting is that the last track is only listed as "Baby" on the cover & on the CD, because Jägermeister was unwilling to associate with demonic references.
