dogtail soup is made by gently simmering Fergus O'Farrell, Colin Vearncombe, Camilla Griehsel and Maurice Seezer. with a pinch of Paul Tiernan, a sprinkling of Bertrand Galen and Marja Gaynor, a cupful of Darren McCarthy and Anthony Noonan and an occasional splash of James O'Learyb and Gareth Forsyth. The recipe is a closely guarded secret.
