Cover variant, different from the colour J-Card version. This release had a copied cover with stained sides. Cassette is black with yellow sticker labels. It also included an insert with information about the artist, artist statement, catalogue releases, etc., with instrumentation information of the artist (Errol G. Specter) as well as a photo of him. The insert is also side-stained, similar to the cover.
