This version is housed in a plastic pocket sleeve, with barcode printed on the fold-out lyric booklet. This was the first press of 1000 like this, until switched to Jewcase packaging.

Tracks 1 to 32 recorded from June 11th to June 13th, 1993.
Tracks 33 to 38 recorded on February 16th, 1992.
Tracks 39 to 44 recorded on August 11th / 12th, 1992.
Track 45 recorded live on January 2nd, 1993 at WRIU.
Tracks 'Do You Choose Life' and'Deliver Yourself' are coupled on the CD (track #5), not on the tracklist printed on the booklet.
