Tracks 1 and 3 appeared on the band's first 7" Weighted And Weighed Down on Hydra Head Records, all others were unreleased.
Tracks 8 to 12 were Drowningman's first demo.

Tracks 1 to 5 recorded in 1998 and tracks 8 to 12 recorded in 1997 at Eclipse.
Tracks 6 & 7 recorded in 2002 at The Outpost.
