Drs. P composed 14 songs for a Dutch KRO-radio broadcast called "Babel" under motto 'organic reading' (1975-1976) which was literally translated by him to songs about human organs. The words 'organisch' and 'b(l)abel' on the cover refer to this. The single couples two of these songs.
