Sleeve made from two hand-trimmed photocopied inserts in a poly-bag. The inserts for each band are printed on various colored paper (blue, green, red, yellow...) and the colors are randomly paired: see Images.
Includes a stapled 12-page booklet.

A 2005 second pressing on black and various colored vinyl was released in a new sleeve with Salinas Records address on the back. Disk and booklet are the same.
