Side A consists of two songs, "It's A Hard Road To Travel" and "What A Great Change In Me", sung in gospel style with a spoken testimony in between them. Side 2 is a spoken sermon with organ accompaniment.

This sounds like an edited studio recording rather than a field recording, and likely made before 1968 because the style of etching in the runout groove is much earlier, even though that date is shown on the UK Arthur "Duke" Reid - Religious Service At Bond Street Gospel Hall which fits with the year of that release. Judging by the number of label variations, this record was on catalogue and available in Jamaica for many years.
