Issued in a slim jewel case with a double sided front insert.

Official mixtape released September 2007 promoting the prior release of "40 Cal. - Broken Safety 2" on Sept 11 & the release of "Hell Rell - For The Hell Of It" on Sept 25. The tracklist on the insert is completely jumbled - the tracklisting above is how the tracks appear on the CDr. Track #20 "Outro" is listed on the insert, but doesn't exist on the CDr; therefore it's not included in the tracklisting above.

"PRINCO" is not printed in the inner ring of the CDr as per normal, but we know it is 100% a Princo disc because the BAOI is exactly the same as other Princo discs. Therefore, "Duplicated By: Princo" credit is included here.
