Special version of Dutch Dixie Machine - Dixie Machine, handed out at the annual phone model meeting of the then state-owned Dutch telecommunications company PTT, during which the PTT showed and displayed the latest telephone models, types and technological developments. The alternative title on the front cover refers to the event:

"Toestellen Show Halsteren 15 Oktober 1982 De Wittenhorst" ("Model Show Halsteren 15 Oktober De Wittenhorst", where Halsteren is the location and De Wittenhorst the venue). The event was organised for staff working within the phone district of Breda, The Netherlands (as on cover: Telefoondistrict Breda).

Some of the writers credits on the labels are wrong, but on the back cover they are correct; they have been submitted accordingly.
