White labeled edition of 310, hand-numbered on back sleeve from #31 to #340 or so.

- According to Flex! there was an initial pressing of 300 with green labels that was returned to the pressing-plant as unplayable. 30 playable copies were kept and were apparently numbered #1-#30.

Folded cardstock sleeve with lyrics printed on the inside. Print quality varies from an uneven grey background to blotchy black.
White labels are rubber-stamped on side A: "FATAL ERECTION #2 / E-13 / NO MERCY FOR SWINE";
B-side labels are hand-decorated with unique drawings and designs: see images.
