Disc 1 is the album "Because Of You..." and disc 2 are bonus tracks like demos and remixes. The second disc also includes videos which were taken by Rick Wright and Tim Flaherty.

All songs from disc 1 were recorded at Tim Flathery's house between May and November 2000. Disc 1, "Voices" and the remixes of "Start Fuckin' Shit Up", "Soulbreak" and "Cops" were mixed and mastered at Tim's house between May and November 2000.
"Chips With No Dip" was recorded and mixed at Tim's house on October 22, 2000.
"Grasp" was recorded and mixed on July 9, 2000 by Canyon Productions Inc., at Falk Studio and engineered by Chris Cassetta for the 100.5 The Fox Louisville Compilation CD.
The demos "Trust", "Soulbreak" and "Wounded Knee" were recorded, mixed and mastered on Tuesday, May 11th, 1999 by Canyon Productions Inc., at Falk Studio and engineered by Chris Cassetta.
"Diseased (Whiteman)" was recorded live at the Phoenix Hill Tavern for the 1999 100.5 The Fox Homegrown CD.
