Excerpts from Klaus Buhlert's audiobook production of E.T.A. Hoffmann's "Die Serapions-Brüder". The full version was broadcast by Bayern 2 Radio from 26 December 2006 to 7 January 2007 and later issued as a 10 CD box set. This promotional release comes with a 43 page booklet including extensive liner notes, multiple photographs and an interview with Buhlert.
Not present on this CD are Werner Wölbern as Sylvester and Herbert Fritsch as Vinzenz.
