This strange hybrid is a CD single with vinyl cut onto one side (see pictures).
Disc is 4 3/4" or 12cm (or normal diameter of a CD).
Comes with small rubber adaptor so it can be played on a record turntable.
The record side is very poor audio quality - this was obviously just a gimmick.
