CDr with title written in pencil and signed by EK, folded cover on printed photo paper and folded slip of paper with track titles (also signed by EK in pencil) in a clear pvc envelope.

Due to problems with the UK post at that time appropriately 50 - 80 copies had to remain unpersonalized and unsigned.
