Edition of initially 60 copies with bonus CDr with lathe-cut outer ring.
As to the final number of copies Edward Ka-Spel was quoted on facebook:
"The special Victoria edition was expanded to 120 (ie 2 runs of the special cd) as it quickly became obvious that 60 was never going to be enough.Originally we thought that it would be...".
Though, due to whatever reason, there are several copies with larger numbers than 120.

Official release date of Jan 15, 2015, pre-orders direct from Beta-lactam Ring Records shipped out in the first two weeks of November 2014.
