Limited edition of the release listed below. Comes in a handmade cardboard slipcase (instead of jewel case) with XVIII VISIONS printed on front, numbered out of 18 on the back. CD and booklet are otherwise the same.

This is the original 1st pressing:
- Eighteen Visions logo is grey (different then the splatter logo on the 2nd and 3rd press), also "Lifeless" is on the right side of the cover (not sandwiched between the splatter logo on the 2nd and 3rd press)
- No UPC code on the back
- Has original "X Life Sentence Records X" logo on back
- Has the "Life Sentence Europe" information.
- CD has red/black design on it with "xviii visions straight edge" text circling the CD
