In jewel case with clear tray and obi. Eight page booklet includes liner notes by Ohtaki Eiichi. A four panel, fold out "handwritten" lyric insert, and two smaller six panel inserts ("Production Note" and a "handwritten" message from Ohtaki) replicated from the original release are also included.

Early copies came with a double-sided sheet featuring a sugoroku (traditional Japanese board game) and a fukuwarai ("Pin the tail on the donkey"-type game), as featured in the original 1977 LP.
