In jewel case with obi. Twenty page booklet includes lyrics and credits in Eiichi Ohtaki's handwriting as per the original vinyl issue.

There are two variations: original pressings have ¥2,500 on the front and back of the obi (this entry), while the repress removes the price from the front of the obi and the small print from the back, and has a pre- and post-tax price (see Eiichi Ohtaki - ファースト・アルバム). A 3% consumption tax was introduced in Japan in April 1989.
