Jæja, þå er hún loks fullkláruð, platan sem ég het lofað í tvö ár. Upptökur hófust sumaríð '88, en ýmsar aðstæður réðu því að platan komst ekki á "markaðinn" það árið. Síðan var ákveðið að fresta útgáfu um heilt ár, m.a. vegna verkefna minna fram í "Nýja Sýrlandi" á tímabilinu 20. ágúst til 31. september nú í haust. Ný lôg bættust við og önnur eldri voru sett í "geymslu". Eftir stendur plattan "Skot í myrkri".

Að baki eru áhyggjur og stress, mörg hundruð lítrar af kaffi (og með því...), upptökudagar og andvökunætur. Framundan er hið súrsæta líf og vinandu önnur plata áður allt of langt um líður.

Eftirtaldir aðilar eiga þakkir skildar fyrir veitta aðstoð viö gerð þessarar plötu: Artch, Ásgeir Óskarsson, Ásgeir Jónsson, Backstreet-girls, Gill Niel, Jónata Garðarsson, Kalli Sighvats, Krissi, Metal-Blade, Sigurgeir Sigmundsson, Steinar Berg og Tómas Tómasson.

Liner notes (translated to English)
Well, she's finally finished, the album I promised for two years. Recordings began in the summer of '88, but various conditions prevailed that the album did not reach the "market" that year. Then it was decided to postpone the issue for a whole year, a. o. things due to my projects presented in "Nýja Sýrlandi" ("New Syria") during the period 20th August to 31th September this fall. New leaves were added and other seniors were put in "storage". Afterwards, the plate stands "Skot í myrkri" ("Shot in the Dark").

Behind them are worries and stress, hundreds of liters of coffee (and by that ...), recording days and sleepy nights. In the future, the sweet and sour life will be the second album before far too long.
