The twelve-page booklet and the disc inside the standard jewel case are identical to this other 2007 remastered Epic / Legacy reissue of Out Of The Blue.

The Epic and Legacy labels and catalog number are from the booklet and disc.
The Jet Records label and catalog number and barcode is from the misprint tray card.
