It took many years and countless appearances, now it is there: Eli Benjoma has released his debut album. With the support of the English producer PRINCE FATTY and many selected favorite musicians, an album has been created that carries the analog spirit of the old days and is full of loving details. Recorded in southern Germany and London on the highest quality 70s studio equipment, the passion and love that has been poured in is tangible in the form of handmade music. Far from Babylon and Ganja phrases, Eli opens the door to real stories from his life and tells of his daughter, love of music or his work with refugee children. But not only the content, the whole complete package including packaging is convincing: The artwork of the booklet was lovingly designed by the British artist and illustrator Simona Bunerdzhieva and unique with watercolors. Every detail in the cover tells a story and is linked to the songs and the musicians involved. After hard months of recording and perfecting, Eli Benjoma released her heart and spirit, impressively authentic album Party House Stories (released by Soulfire Artists) in autumn 2017. What makes the sound unique is above all the passion for vintage recording equipment and the lack of modern post-processing that musicians and producers share. Eli and his album were recently nominated for the 35th German Rock and Pop Award 2017 in the categories Best Reggae Band / Best Reggae Album and Best Reggae Singer for one of the first three places.
