Promo version of the Japanese CD. It's mostly the same as the regular Japanese pressing except that it says "sample not for sale" in English on the center part of the CD and it has a red sticker over the barcode that says "sample, for promotion only, not for sale" in Japanese.

Japanese edition with obi, additional fold-out insert with liner notes and lyrics in Japanese, and bonus track (#13).
