This is the 'clean' version: replaces 'head' with 'hell', and 'penetrate' with 'generate'. Also, "I'd like to hit him on the head until he's dead, The sight of blood is such a high" becomes "I'd like to hit him on the head when I see red, The sight of him is such a high."Almost certainly produced as a promo for radio airplay, despite there being no promo text on the labels. It is most easily identified by a larger "Hansa" logo on the labels versus the one on the standard version. And this version is almost always found without a picture sleeve.
