The image printed on the CD itself is meant as a replica of the original LP hence Cat#: LSP 2756.. It contains all 27 tracks indicated on sleeve

Tracks 1 to 11 & 14 to 27 were recorded on January 22 & 23rd, 1963 at Radio Recorders Hollywood.
Tracks 12, 13 were recorded on May 26 & 27, 1963 at RCA's Studio B.
