Bootleg issue, presumed to be mid 90's. Matrix info simply reads "EMERALD CITY SIDE A / B", along with "MADE IN CANADA". There are also two separate initials ("AVC" in a triangle, "NSC" in a circle).

1.5" label ring indentation (compared to the much larger indentation on the original).

Sleeve print is blurry, most notable on the Hippopotamus logo & cat#.
