"For Promotional Only / Not For Sale" sticker on the rear of the foldover sleeve. The sticker covers the number of copies of the numbered limited edition of Unholy. That´s actually the only difference between promo (this one) and numbered limited edition. And another sticker comes with the "Apollyon Recordings" label address stickered along the edge on the rear.

The 7" is housed in a thin paper foldover sleeve.
