This is a misprint. The layout is almost identical to the 12-track reissue from 1989. It also shows the same barcode and the same tracklist on disc and backcover. But track 12, "Storms In Africa Part II", doesn't appear on this release. Instead the disc contains only the 11 tracks from the first album edition, which was released in 1988.
